For a long time, capsule filling sets mostly use manual capsule boards. The powdered capsule shells must be inserted into the holes one by one and filled with powder, and then put on one by one. The method of capping is labor-intensive and low-efficiency, but due to the low price of handmade capsule boards, it is still suitable for small batch production in clinics, pharmacies, preparation rooms, and families. For medium and large-volume production units, some units use fully automatic capsule filling sets. Although the filling speed of the sets is fast, there are two shortcomings that are difficult to overcome. First, the fully automatic machine has extremely strict size requirements for capsule shells and cannot be applied to ordinary molded capsule shells. Ordinary molded capsule shells have large differences in outer diameter and size. When used in fully automatic machines, holes, leakage, powder deformation, and even machine jamming are likely to occur. If the capsule shells are pre-screened, the utilization rate of the capsule shells is greatly reduced. Even though some units have purchased all the capsule shells at a high cost, Automatic machines will eventually have to retain the original production methods. Second, it is expensive. Each fully automatic machine costs at least 10,000 yuan or even more than 10,000 yuan, and the maintenance cost is high and the accessories requirements are strict. Therefore, many small and medium-sized units can only look forward to the opportunity and dare not take any interest. Our factory successfully solved this problem. The capsule filling machine absorbs the advantages of fully automatic machines and minimizes some complex mechanisms. It is replaced by manual operation where the cost is high and the effect is not obvious. The price of this machine is only one-third of that of a fully automatic machine. More importantly, the filling speed is fast and ordinary molded capsule shells with large differences in size can also be used. This machine combines powder-filled capsule shell, capsule cap sorting and capsule cap sorting into one compact and convenient set. This machine is suitable for both small and medium-sized batch production in small and medium-sized pharmaceutical factories, health care products factories, hospitals and clinics, as well as large-scale production. Operating steps
Press the green button in the power switch to turn on the power.
Slowly adjust the vibration intensity. Rotate the adjusting knob clockwise. At this time, the sorting plate integrated with the vibration bracket starts to vibrate. You can touch the sorting plate with your hand and adjust it to a certain oscillation intensity by feeling.
Put the powdered capsule shell into the powdered capsule shell sorting tray and place about one grain at a time. Place the capsule caps into the capsule cap sorting tray, about one capsule at a time. The organizing tray is made of plexiglass plates. There are many funnel-shaped round holes drilled on it, the diameter of which matches the diameter of the capsule number.
In about seconds, the powder capsule and capsule cap will fall into the round hole with the opening facing up. If some openings are facing downwards, you can use the capsule cap to gently press the sleeve down to easily pull it out.
Horizontal hand-held powder capsule shell connecting plate (not shown in the picture, has been prepared at random). There is a round hole in the connecting plate at the bottom of the sorting tray. Gently push the powder filling capsule shell in the sorting tray and it will go down. Drop it into the round hole of the connecting plate and take out the connecting plate. Use the capsule cap connecting plate to take out the capsule cap in the same way.
You can prepare in advance a square powder plate with a bottom area of about 400cm and a height of about 400cm. Place the plate flatly in the square plate of medicinal powder. Cover the randomly provided plexiglass frame on the powder capsule connecting plate. Use a small bucket to shovel the powder into the frame and scrape the edge of the frame to fill it with medicinal powder and scrape off the excess powder. .
Use the randomly supplied capsule cap set plate (not shown in the picture). The shell plate of the powder-filled capsule with the opening facing downwards also has alignment holes for easy fitting.
Put the fitted capsule plate into the cavity under the capsule cap forming plate. Pull the pressure lever down with your hand and put it in place. There is no need to be careful about using too much force because there is a positioning mechanism to control the pressing height. Just take out the fitting capsule plate and pour out the capsule.
