Principle
The dusty airflow enters the lower box from the air inlet and then partially settles. The slight dust floats and is blocked by the filter bag. The purified air passes through the filter bag and enters the upper box through the venturi tube. The box is discharged from the air outlet. The dust accumulated on the outer wall of the filter bag continues to increase. When the resistance is within a limited range (usually millimeters of water column), the dust accumulated on the outer wall of the filter bag must be removed. The controller triggers each control valve in sequence periodically to open the pulse valve. The compressed air in the air bag is ejected from the blow pipe hole (primary air) through the venturi tube to induce the surrounding air (secondary air) several times the primary air to enter the filter bag, causing the filter bag to expand rapidly in an instant and accompanied by the air flow. The dust shaken off by the reverse effect falls into the dust door and is discharged from the machine through the dust discharge valve.
