Working principle of Venturi
When the flue gas enters the venturi, the front inlet is in a contraction shape. When the flue gas passes through, the flow rate increases and the pressure increases. The upper part is equipped with a spray facility to spray mist. When the alkaline liquid contacts and reacts with the flue gas, the dust particles with large particle size and large mass are first partially absorbed by the settling gas.
The optimal design of the throat in the middle of the venturi ensures the lowest specific resistance loss of the same type of venturi. When the flue gas passes through the throat, the flow rate reaches the maximum. The dust particles in the flue gas collide violently with the alkali liquid droplets, thereby atomizing them into finer droplets. The gas and liquid phases are fully mixed and the fine droplets surround the dust particles.
When the flue gas enters the rear expansion tube, it has condensed into larger dust droplets and settled down due to the increase in mass and the decrease in flow rate. Some of them are also absorbed. There is a cleaning port on the upper part for regular cleaning and maintenance.
During the entire process, due to the contact between gas and liquid, the smoke temperature is reduced, which increases the centrifugal force generated by the dust particles during dust removal and desulfurization, providing a good guarantee for subsequent water film dust removal and desulfurization.
Working principle of water film desulfurization dust collector
Water film dust collector is mainly composed of cylinder overflow tank, water filling coil, overflow hole, cleaning hole, flue gas inlet and outlet, etc.
When the flue gas enters the circular cylinder tangentially through the inlet flue, water enters from the overflow tank at the top of the dust collector and flows downward regularly, forming a thick uniform and complete water film on the entire cylinder wall. The gas flows in the cylinder When the body rotates and rises, it always produces reverse friction with the water film on the inner wall of the cylinder under the action of centrifugal force. In this way, the gas is moistened by the water film. At the same time, the atomized droplets from the channel spray installed inside the dust collector fill the entire cylinder, increasing the Liquid contact time. The dust particles flow to the bottom of the dust collector with the water and are drained away from the overflow hole. The cleaning hole facilitates cleaning of the bottom of the cylinder. After dust removal, the wastewater is discharged from the bottom overflow hole into the sedimentation tank for sedimentation and recycling. The purified gas enters the dust collector auxiliary tower through the upper tangential outlet. Because the flue gas enters tangentially, centrifugal force is generated. The water mist in the flue gas is thrown to the auxiliary tower wall by the centrifugal force and flows to the bottom of the auxiliary tower. There is an inspection port at the bottom of the auxiliary tower for regular cleaning. The flue gas is sent from the lower part of the auxiliary tower to the secondary wet dust removal packing spray tower by the fan.
