Working principle: Dust-containing gas enters the box from the
bag dust collector
entrance and is filtered through the filter bag. The dust is left in the filter bag. The purified gas on the inner surface enters the fan through the filter bag and is sucked in by the fan and discharged directly into the room. It can also be connected to the exhaust pipe to be discharged outdoors. As the filtration time increases, the dust adhered to the inner surface of the filter bag also continues to increase, and the resistance of the filter bag rises accordingly, requiring cleaning. After the dust cleaning is completed, the dust collector can work normally again. The dust collector uses an automatic dust cleaning mechanism for regular vibration cleaning or a manual dust cleaning mechanism that automatically shakes for tens of seconds after manual shutdown to shake off the dust adhered to the inner surface of the filter bag. Dust falls into hoppers, drawers or directly into production equipment.
