The dust removed from the dust collector can be directly discharged into the bin or directly fall on the belt. The dust-containing gas enters the dust collector from the lower part of the dust collector and is filtered by the filter bag. After being filtered by the filter bag, the clean air is discharged from the induced draft fan. After the dust collector has been working for a period of time, the dust on the filter bag gradually increases, causing the negative force of the filter bag to rise and requiring cleaning. After the dust removal is completed, the dust collector returns to normal operation.

The working principle of the single-machine dust collector: Dust-containing gas enters the box from the inlet of the bag dust collector and is filtered through the filter bag. The dust is left on the inner surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the fan through the filter bag and is sucked in by the fan and discharged directly. You can also connect the exhaust pipe indoors to discharge it to the outside. As the filtration time increases, the dust adhered to the inner surface of the filter bag also continues to increase, and the resistance of the filter bag rises accordingly, requiring cleaning. After the dust cleaning is completed, the dust collector can work normally again. The dust collector uses an automatic dust cleaning mechanism for regular vibration cleaning or a manual dust cleaning mechanism that automatically shakes for tens of seconds after manual shutdown to shake off the dust adhered to the inner surface of the filter bag. Dust falls into hoppers, drawers or directly into production equipment.
