Dust removal equipment
Series pulse dust collectors are widely used in the dust removal of warehouse roofs, warehouse bottoms and local dust sources in mining, electric furnace smelting and other industrial and mining enterprises. This pulse dust collector has the advantages of small size, large air volume, compact structure, and easy use. The structure of the pulse dust collector is mainly composed of a fan, a box, an ash discharge device, a control system, etc. The pulse dust collector is placed in a box made of welded circular steel plates. It has a scientific structure, convenient and reliable operation. The lower part of the pulse dust collector unit is equipped with a flange and is directly connected to dust-raising equipment such as warehouse roofs, silos, and belt transportation for on-site dust removal, and the dust is directly recovered.
Working principle of pulse bag dust collector
When this pulse dust collector works, the dust-containing gas enters the box through the air inlet of the pulse dust collector, and the purified gas filtered by the filter bag of the pulse dust collector is The fan inhales and discharges directly. As the filtration time increases, more and more dust accumulates on the filter bag of the pulse dust collector, which increases the resistance of the filter bag, causing the treatment air volume to gradually decrease. In order to make the pulse dust collector work normally, the resistance must be controlled within a certain range. The filter bag of the pulse bag dust collector must be cleaned. During dust cleaning, the pulse controller sequentially triggers each control valve to open the pulse valve. The compressed air in the air bag is instantly sprayed out from the pulse valve to each hole in the blow pipe and enters the filter bag. The filter bag of the pulse dust collector expands rapidly in an instant, causing the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bag to fall off, and the filter bag is regenerated. The dust cleared by the pulse dust collector falls into the ash hopper and is discharged through the ash discharge valve. As a result, the dust accumulated on the filter bag of the pulse dust collector is periodically pulse-injected and cleaned, allowing the purified gas to pass normally and ensuring the operation of the pulse dust collector dust removal system.
