Installation and maintenance requirements for type dust collector
./type pulse bag dust collector can be installed indoors or outdoors, but it is better to install it indoors, especially in cold northern areas. A rainproof shed is required for outdoor installation. When installing indoors, a certain space should be left around the equipment to facilitate maintenance of the dust removal equipment and replacement of filter bags.
． Between the flange connectors of each part of the box, sealing gaskets are added and bolts are tightened, and all welds must not leak. There must be no residue.
． After the installation is completed, the overall components of the dust collector must be inspected for tightness. There must be no air leakage in the pressure relief valve, access door and connections.
． Each mechanical action part must be flexible and in place, and the reverse blower must rotate in the correct direction. There must be no friction between the pulsation valve and the casing.
． The compressed air must have a pressure of /㎡, and the user must have a separate small air compressor.
Maintenance and overhaul of type pulse bag dust collector
. Regularly check the compressed air source pressure valve, water-dividing filter, lubricator, and water-dividing filter to drain water regularly. The lubricator should be refueled regularly. If the air source pressure is unstable, it should be adjusted in time. The compressed air piping system must not leak.
． Check the cylinder operation regularly. If there is air leakage in the cylinder, repair it in time.
． When the dust collector is running, monitor the emissions at any time. If you find ash coming out of the chimney, check the filter bag immediately.
． The dust must be cleaned once before shutting down, the dust on the filter bag must be removed, and the dust in the ash hopper must be emptied to avoid dust accumulation or pulverized coal to naturally ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
． All rotating parts of the dust collector should be filled with oil regularly.
