A new type of bag dust collector successfully developed by our company has been in operation for many years and has been proven to have the advantages of high efficiency, low resistance, simple maintenance and reliable operation. It is suitable for process recovery and dust removal purification of fine dust, and the emission concentration can be far lower than national regulations. Suitable for dust control equipment such as mining crushers and vibrating screens.
The mechanical rotary back-blowing flat bag dust collector is a low-energy dust removal, external filter type bag dust collector. Its filter bag uses a flat bag to make the cross-sectional shape of the dust bag into a trapezoid or wedge shape. Compared with circular filter bags, under the condition that the filtration load per unit area of the filter cloth is the same, its small footprint and compact structure means that more filtering areas can be arranged within the unit volume. This is a major feature of it. At present, it has been gradually promoted and used in factories in machinery, metallurgy, electric power and other departments.
Structure and working principle of bag dust collector in sand and gravel plant:
. Upper box: including dust collector cover rotating and uncovering device, clean room, bag changing inlet, observation hole, and air outlet.
. Middle box: including flower board, filter bag, filter bag frame, filter bag guide, filter chamber cylinder, air inlet, and inlet door.
. Lower box: including positioning support frame, ash hopper, star-shaped ash discharge valve, and support.
. Back-blowing dust cleaning mechanism: including a spiral arm, a nozzle, a circle back-blowing mechanism, a circulating air duct, a back-blowing air duct, a back-blowing fan, and a spiral arm deceleration mechanism.
The back-blowing air spiral arm is driven by a reducer placed on the top cover. The back-blowing air blower is installed on the floor and is connected to the spiral arm through the central tube. For filter bag spiral arms arranged in three or four circles, a divided-circle back-blowing device is provided.
The star-shaped ash discharge valve, reduction device and motor, back blower, swing arm reduction mechanism and circulating air pipeline are all accessories. Platforms and ladders can be provided according to user requirements. They are not shown in the series of general assembly drawings. The foundation of the back blower and the circulating air pipeline should be designed and installed according to the specific conditions of the site.
