The working principle of the single-machine dust collector in the welding and polishing workshop is that the dust-laden airflow enters the upper space of the filter chamber of the dust collector from the tangential direction. Large particles and condensed dust particles spin down the ash hopper along the cylinder wall under the action of centrifugal force, and small dust particles are dispersed. In the gap between the bags in the filter chamber, it is blocked by the filter bag of the dust collector. The purified air passes through the dust bag and is collected in the clean room through the filter bag guide port on the flower board. It is sucked in by the ventilator and discharged into the atmosphere. As the filtration proceeds, the resistance gradually increases. When the upper limit of the back-blowing control resistance is reached, the differential pressure transmitter sends a signal to automatically start the back-blowing mechanism. The back-blowing air flow with sufficient momentum is blown into the filter bag inlet from the swirling wall nozzle. , blocking the filtered airflow and changing the pressure conditions inside the bag, causing substantial vibration of the dust collector bag, shaking off the dust, and the spiral arm blowing back one by one in circles. When the resistance of the filter bag drops to the lower limit, the backblowing mechanism automatically stops working.
