The equipment mainly consists of the following parts:
Box: including bag chamber, preheater Dust removal room, clean air room, porous plate, filter bag, filter bag frame. The cabinet is designed to withstand pressure.
Injection system: including main air pipe, injection pipe, pulse valve, and controller.
There are two forms of ash hopper and ash discharge part: one is that the ash hopper is directly connected to the ash discharge valve; the other is that the ash hopper is connected to the ash discharge valve through conveying equipment (such as a screw conveyor).
Working principle of boiler pulse dust removal equipment:
Dust-containing gas enters the expanded ash hopper of the dust collector for pre-dust collection and is evenly distributed between each filter bag through the guide plate. The dust is retained outside the filter bag. On the surface, in order to make the equipment resistance not exceed the high pressure gas, pulse jet is generated through the solenoid valve, so that the compressed air (.~.) in the air bag is ejected from the hole of the blow pipe (called primary wind), and the surrounding air is induced through the venturi tube to be several times the primary wind. (called secondary air) enters the filter bag and expands rapidly in an instant, shaking off the dust with the reverse direction of the air flow to achieve the purpose of dust cleaning. The microcomputer automatic control device is used to adjust the cleaning cycle and pulse injection time according to the dust to make the dust collector operate within a certain range.
