Dust removal equipment
The series of pulse single-machine dust collectors are small bag dust collectors designed by our company after digesting and absorbing similar products at home and abroad and improving them. The bag dust collector adopts pulse injection dust cleaning method, which has the advantages of good dust cleaning effect, high purification efficiency, large air volume, long filter bag life, small maintenance workload, and safe and reliable operation. It is widely used for dust removal and purification of non-fibrous industrial dust in various industrial and mining enterprises such as metallurgy, building materials, machinery, chemical industry, and mining.
The series of pulse single-machine dust collectors has six specifications, and each specification can be divided into two types: standard with ash hopper type and open flange type (without ash hopper). Its structure mainly consists of a filter chamber, filter bag, clean air chamber, ash hopper, dust discharge valve, pulse injection device, electric control box, etc. The box body adopts a welded structure, and the access door is sealed with a temperature-resistant rubber strip to ensure that the dust collector Tight and airtight.
The working principle of the dust collector is as follows: Dust-containing gas enters the filter chamber from the ash hopper (or the lower open flange). The coarser particles fall directly into the ash hopper or silo. The dust-containing gas is filtered by the filter bag, and the dust is blocked. Remaining on the surface of the filter bag, the clean air passes through the bag mouth to the clean air chamber and is discharged into the atmosphere by the fan. When the dust on the surface of the filter bag continues to increase, causing the equipment resistance to rise to the set value, the time relay (or differential pressure controller) outputs a signal, and the programmable controller starts to work, opening the pulse valves one by one, allowing the compressed air to pass through the nozzle to the filter bag. During blowing and dust cleaning, the filter bag suddenly expands under the action of reverse airflow, and the dust attached to the bag surface quickly breaks away from the filter bag and falls into the ash hopper (or ash bin), and the dust is discharged from the ash discharge valve. After the dust cleaning of the filter bag is completed, the dust collector resumes normal operation.
