Characteristics of Zhengzhou Cement Plant Bag Dust Collector

Working principle of bag dust collector in cement plant
The special dust collector for cement plant uses high-voltage electric field to ionize the flue gas, and the charged dust in the air flow is separated from the air flow under the action of the electric field. The negative electrode is made of metal wires with different cross-section shapes, called discharge electrodes. The positive electrode is made of metal plates of different geometric shapes, called dust collecting electrodes. The performance of dust collectors in cement plants is affected by three factors: dust properties, equipment structure and flue gas flow rate.
Cement plant dust collectors can also cause excessive emissions due to damage to the filter bags. The dust collectors in cement plants are all above the bag chamber. It usually takes ~ minutes to determine the location of broken bags starting from the discovery of excessive emissions. At present, the service life of dust removal filter bags is more than one year, and bag breakage only occurs after the filter bag is used for one year. If the bag chamber where the damaged filter bag is located is found, just close the bag chamber and replace it, and the other bag chambers can still operate normally. Generally, closing the bag chamber will not affect the dust removal efficiency of process equipment production and dust removal facilities. Timely detection of filter bag damage is the key to reducing excessive emissions, which can only rely on timely alarms from online continuous detection equipment. It is generally believed that broken bags in bag dust collectors can be found when a small part is damaged. Other dust filter bags will also play a certain role. The emissions that exceed the standard are much smaller than the emissions from the electrostatic precipitator when they exceed the standards.
