Dust removal equipment
The dust collector of the ore crusher adopts a back-flush flat bag dust collector. This form of dust removal equipment has been used in major mining crushing and screening projects across the country.
The mechanical rotary backflush dust collector has the characteristics of tangential air inlet, high-pressure air dust removal, external filter dust removal, good dust cleaning effect, fully enclosed filter area, maintenance and inspection outside the machine, and easy operation.
Characteristics of crusher dust collector
It has a cyclone bag combination structure, which prevents high-speed dust-laden airflow from directly washing the dust bag, prolongs the service life of the dust filter bag, and improves dust collection efficiency. The dust-containing gas enters the volute cyclone from the air duct. The dust runs along the inner wall of the dust removal equipment casing under the action of centrifugal force. The coarse dust is separated and enters the ash hopper. The fine dust passes through the dust filter bag with the gas and becomes clean gas. The fan discharges into the atmosphere, and the fine powder is blocked by the dust filter bag on the outer surface and falls into dust cake to achieve the purpose of dust removal and purification.
Characteristics of bag dust collector in mineral processing plant
The casing is designed according to the volute-type inlet of the cyclone dust collector, which can act as a local cyclone and reduce the load on the filter bag. The shape of the cylindrical vault has uniform stress and good anti-explosion performance.

.Using the resistance of the pulse dust collector as a signal, it can automatically control the rotation and reverse blowing of dust, and automatically adjust the cleaning cycle depending on the concentration of the inlet.
.The upper cover of this equipment is divided into multiple pieces and can be opened at will. It is very convenient to change bags and maintain.
