Working mechanism of the dust collector: The flue gas enters and impacts the water surface in the nozzle. The coarse dust is captured and settled by the water due to inertial collision. This is the impact stage. The high-speed jet of swirling flow in the nozzle gap stimulates a large number of swirling flows along the cylinder. Bubbles and water splashes intensify the film formation and condensation of smoke. The bubbles continuously generate and burst to form strong swirling disturbances. The smoke is continuously washed and absorbed, and settles at the edge of the cylinder to form a foam. In the stage of foaming, the airflow passes through the foam layer and enters the aroused water splash and mist droplets. The flue gas in the washing area is further absorbed and purified by the shower. That is, the flue gas containing a certain amount of mist droplets is intercepted when it rises to the first-stage conical dewatering plate and flows down the wall. The fourth stage has both dehydration and double dust removal. The entire process of dust removal and desulfurization is a unified gas.
