The working principle of the dust collector in the gypsum board factory:
When the flue gas containing dust enters the middle and lower boxes from the air inlet of the dust collector, the dust is adsorbed on the dust removal filter bag and the gas passes through the filter bag. The Venturi tube enters the upper box and is discharged from the air outlet. As the dust accumulates on the filter bag, the pressure loss of the filter bag gradually increases. The pressure loss is fed back to the controller by the pressure gauge. The controller receives and sends out instructions to trigger each pulse solenoid valve in sequence so that the gas in the air bag is instantly ejected from each hole of the blow pipe and injected into the corresponding filter bag through the Venuri tube. The filter bag expands rapidly under the instantaneous reaction of the air flow. The dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bag is shed and the filter bag can be regenerated and reused.

Advantages of dust cleaning: The internationally advanced offline three-state (filtration, dust cleaning, and static) dust cleaning method is adopted to avoid dust cleaning. The re-adsorption phenomenon makes dust cleaning completely reliable.
