The fan configuration of the pulse bag dust collector is calculated based on the number of machines in the production workshop. This requires professional personnel to calculate the configuration so that the air volume of the filter interface of each machine is consistent for effective dust removal. The airflow containing wood particles is transported by the fan to the diversion chamber of the high-temperature bag dust collector. The air flow speed is reduced under the action of the guide plate. The heavier wood particles fall into the ash bin under the action of gravity. The other lighter and finer particles fall into the ash bin under the action of gravity. The dust is adsorbed upwards with the air flow on the outer surface of the filter bag. After being filtered by the bag, the clean gas enters the exhaust chamber and is discharged to the outside. As the filtration conditions continue to accumulate on the outer surface of the filter bag, more and more dust will accumulate, which will increase the operating resistance of the system and reduce the dust removal efficiency of the system.
