Dust removal equipment
The new dryer bag dust collector is generally divided into ~ small bag chamber, which is composed of the ash hopper of the dust collector, the dust-containing gas space, the guide plate, the filter chamber, the clean air chamber and is installed on the upper part of the dust collector and consists of a stop valve and It is composed of a dust cleaning mechanism controlled by a lifting switching valve. The interior is divided into several small bag chambers. The filter area is between the lower orifice plate and the top cover. The dust-containing gas space is between the upper part of the ash hopper and the lower orifice plate. The middle of the top cover is the clean air space (i.e., the dust cleaning and Clean air shared channel).
Working principle of the new dryer bag dust collector
When the bag dust collector is in normal filtration working state, the dust-containing gas is sucked into the air inlet main pipe under the action of the induced draft fan, and is distributed to each small bag through the action of the guide plate chamber, evenly passing through the holes on the lower orifice plate, the dust-containing gas flows into the bag, the dust is retained on the inner surface of the filter bag, and the airflow is purified through the filter bag, and the purified airflow is discharged into the atmosphere through the induced draft fan.
After the pulse bag dust collector has been running for a period of time, the dust layer attached to the inner surface of the filter bag thickens. When the operating resistance of the dust collector rises to a certain value, the filter bag needs to be cleaned. In the dust cleaning working state, the dust cleaning process is mainly completed through mechanisms such as reverse blowers, lifting switching valves, stop valves, and shared channels for dust cleaning and purification. The working process is as follows
The lifting switching valve closes the air outlet and opens the back-blowing air outlet and stop valve at the same time. Since the air flow blown in by the back-blowing fan is a counter-air flow in the opposite direction to the filtered air flow, it changes the pressure inside and outside the filter bag. The difference causes the dust collector filter bag to change from expansion to deflation, thereby peeling off the dust layer attached to the inner surface of the filter bag.
