The pulse dust removal equipment in the iron tapping plant adopts long bag low-pressure pulse dust collector, which is an efficient, reliable, economical, large processing capacity and easy to use dust removal equipment. The filter bag frame has a circular cross-section, which helps reduce the wear of the frame on the filter bag. The filter bag is embedded in the flower board by an elastic expansion ring sewn at the bag mouth. The filter bag frame is supported by the flower board. There is a pair of nozzles with different diameters on the blow pipe. This dust collector does not install an ejector and directly uses the bag opening to ejector the center of each filter bag. The dust collector uses impregnated needle felt with specifications of (/) diameter ∮ length.
Blast furnace tapping plant dust collector
System workflow:
A dust collector hood is installed at the tap hole of each blast furnace and on top of the molten iron ladle. The dust hood is introduced into the dust collector through pipes for internal communication. An electric butterfly valve is installed on the pipeline. The butterfly valve of the blast furnace tap bag dust collector is opened when the iron is tapped and closed when the iron is not tapped.
In order to improve the dust collection effect and increase the collection area of the dust hood as much as possible without affecting the operation of various equipment and facilities in front of the furnace, the dust hood is designed to be movable left and right. To move the hood left and right, there are only two vertical boards in front of the vacuum hood. The boards are hung on the upper fixed beam and controlled by an electric hoist. When the opening machine is working, the movable cover can move to the left and right at the same time to avoid the working position of the opening machine. After the operation is completed and returned to the position, the movable cover can move to the middle at the same time to block the front of the vacuum hood to maintain normal working status and enhance the collection effect.
