4. Sharpening and adjustment of the movable and fixed knives

Steps to install the movable fixed knife
) First, fix the fixed knife on the fixed knife holder with the fixed knife screw.
) Fix the movable knife on the movable knife body with the movable knife bolt, and adjust the gap between the movable knife and the fixed knife at the same time. The general gap is within the range as needed. After the adjustment is appropriate, tighten the movable knife bolt and tighten the top knife at the same time. The screw and jack screw nut are tightened.
If the V-belt is worn, slips and does not enter the grass, the V-belt should be replaced in time.
When disassembling gears and angle pulleys for maintenance, pay attention to the direction of the thread rotation. The direction of thread rotation is as follows (refer to Figure 1).
