1. Overview
The DC resistance of the transformer is a must-test item for semi-finished products, finished products factory testing, installation, handover testing and preventive testing of the power department in transformer manufacturing. It can effectively detect loosening of transformer coil material selection, welding and connection parts. Manufacturing defects such as missing strands and broken wires and hidden dangers after operation. After the test, be sure to wait until the discharge alarm stops, then turn off the power and remove the test wire.
When measuring the no-load voltage regulating transformer, be sure to wait until the discharge indication alarm sound stops before switching gears.
During the test process, it is prohibited to move the test clamp and power supply line.
