Features of drainage pipes

In the indoor and outdoor drainage pipeline projects of industrial and civil buildings, any industrial wastewater with a temperature no higher than that of continuously discharged domestic sewage, a temperature of no higher than that of instantaneously discharged sewage, and no corrosive effect on pipes can be used.

Drainage pipe connection
Pipe socket connection should strictly follow the following procedures
① Wipe the pipe socket and pipe fitting socket before bonding the connection clean.
② Measure the depth of the socket and mark the end of the pipe.
③ Apply adhesive, first to the socket and then to the socket. The coating should be even and appropriate.
④ Align the direction, insert it into the marked area at one time, and rotate/circle.
⑤ Wipe off the remaining adhesive on the socket.
⑥ Let the bonded pipe stand until the joint solidifies.
The following regulations should be followed for the safe use of adhesives
① Adhesives and detergents should be used as soon as they are opened, and non-operators are not allowed to use them.
② There should be no open flames at the bonding points and good ventilation.
③ It is not suitable for construction below ℃, and the bonding points must not be baked with fire.
④ Construction workers should wear gloves. If the adhesive accidentally gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and send to hospital for treatment.

Drainage pipe installation instructions, sawing pipe and beveling
The length of the saw pipe is determined layer by layer based on actual measurements and combined with the size of each connecting pipe fitting. Pipe sawing tools should use fine-tooth saws, cutters, pipe cutters and other tools. The fracture should be flat and there should be no deformation at the cross section. The socket part to be bonded can be filed into a bevel with a medium-sized board file. The groove length is generally no less than 1/2 of the pipe wall thickness. After the bevel is completed, the debris should be removed.
Protection of the socket interface
After the socket interface is connected, the extruded adhesive should be wiped clean with cotton gauze and other detergents. Wait until the joint is cured according to the properties of the adhesive and the climatic conditions.
The curing time should be appropriately extended during winter construction.
