The structural frame adopts a strong composite combination, and the components are thick, sturdy and durable. The operating function has inching/automatic functions.
Hydraulic system
The pressure is continuously adjusted. The hydraulic circuit adopts a differential design and is matched with an oil pump motor designed with a low pole frequency to effectively reduce noise and thereby increase motor efficiency and life.
When the cylinder is lowered, it adopts a fast-turn-slow-speed design, which allows high-speed lowering and low-speed processing and high-speed recovery to improve the stability of the workpiece forming during punching.
The control system is equipped with a human-machine interface, and the distance adjustment adopts a data ruler design to appropriately adjust the slow speed position and the lower limit position, making the operation accurate, simple and clear.
The cylinder stroke (the stroke can be set), the throat depth, and the mold base's front and rear adjustment adopt a German data ruler with high accuracy.
Four Equipment Production Instructions
One worker starts the automatic feeding mechanism in two lines at the same time. If the pipe specifications are normal and the worker operates correctly, it only takes about one minute to complete the punching process of a pipe.
