Purpose Tretinoin is a metabolic intermediate product of vitamins in the body. It mainly affects bone growth and promotes epithelial growth. Interactions with medicated soaps, cleansers, acne preparations, anti-dandruff preparations such as benzoyl peroxide, resorcin, salicylate, sulfur, ethanol-containing preparations (such as post-shave lotions, astringents, aromatic cosmetics, shaving Cream or lotion) has a strong drying effect. Sharing it with soap and isotretinoin can aggravate skin irritation or drying.
