Load capacity test
Charge the battery pack in the equipment to full capacity and put it into operation in a floating charge state. Control the regular load current of the busbar and perform an impulse discharge according to the impulse current specified in the table and the impulse time. Record the oscilloscope diagram of each DC bus voltage and impulse current. It is required that during the impulse discharge, the DC (control) bus voltage value should comply with the regulations.
Continuous power supply test
When the equipment is running in the floating charge state, the AC power supply is artificially interrupted, and the AC power supply is restored within (~), and the oscillogram of the entire process of AC power interruption and restoration of power supply is recorded. It is required that the DC bus continuously supplies power after the AC power supply is interrupted, and the DC bus voltage fluctuation value should comply with regulations.
Voltage adjustment function test
In DC power cabinets equipped with silicon chain voltage regulation or other voltage regulation devices, manual voltage regulation and automatic voltage regulation tests should be carried out.
Manual pressure regulation test. The power bus voltage value remains unchanged. Each time the voltage is manually adjusted one level, the control bus voltage changes once until the control bus voltage is equal to the power bus voltage. The test can also be carried out in the reverse direction, and the test results should comply with the regulations.
Automatic voltage regulation test. The control bus voltage is the set value. When the power bus voltage continuously drops from the maximum value, the automatic voltage regulating device always keeps the voltage on the control bus at the set value. When the power bus voltage gradually rises from the minimum value to the maximum value, the automatic voltage regulating device can also keep the voltage on the control bus at the set value. The test results should comply with the regulations.
