It is recommended that you read the instruction manual of the shotcrete machine before use, add oil, and it will work normally after the connection is completed.
A special reminder is that the pressing mechanism of the shotcrete machine must be tightened after the shotcrete motor is started. Do not tighten it first and then start the shotcrete motor. Otherwise, the starting current will be too large. Damage the motor and cause unnecessary losses to you.
The operator must read the instruction manual carefully and be familiar with the machine structure and operating procedures before starting work.
Preparation before starting the machine: Check whether the connecting parts of the whole machine are firm and whether the rotating and sliding parts are flexible and reliable. Observe the cursor and check whether the lubricating oil in the reduction box is sufficient. The drive motor is connected to the power supply. When the inching motor is turned, the rotation direction should be consistent with the direction of the arrow. Otherwise, the phase of the power supply should be adjusted. The water supply stop valve of the vibrator air path nozzle on the main air path and the lower air path is placed in the closed state, and the main air pipe is connected to the air source. The water supply pipeline is connected to the water source, and the feeding pipe is connected to the host machine. Adjust the compression mechanism, first manually pre-press, then use a wrench to tighten and bend the feeding pipe, open the gas line stop valve on the main gas line, and observe that the pressure gauge is in the right direction. There should be no gas overflow from the rubber bonding plate.
In the spraying operation, first open the main gas line and lower gas line stop valve, open the nozzle water supply stop valve, and pre-wet the rock mass surface, then start the motor, open the vibrator gas line stop valve, and add the mixture to the hopper. Start spraying operation. During work, the nozzle operator should appropriately adjust the water supply of the nozzle to ensure that the concrete has a suitable water-cement ratio. The host operator should pay attention to the remaining air holes on the side of the host. If there is any remaining material discharged, the air supply volume of the lower air path should be appropriately reduced. Until there is no material discharged from the residual air port of the machine and the equipment works normally.
Before stopping the operation, first stop feeding. When no material is sprayed out from the nozzle, close the water supply stop valve, and at the same time add a small amount of wet sand and gravel into the hopper, and flush the remaining materials in the hopper and rotor cavity several times. When the nozzle is clean and no material is ejected from the nozzle, turn off the motor power and the gas line stop valves.
