Four Measurement Procedures
Align the refractive prism ① in the direction of light, and adjust the eyepiece diopter ring ⑤ until the reticle is clear.
Before adjusting the reference measurement, first make the standard liquid (purified water) instrument and the liquid to be measured based on the same temperature. Open the cover ②, then put a drop of standard liquid on the refractive prism, and gently press the cover ② with your hand to draw a light and dark dividing line. Rotate the calibration bolt ③ so that the dividing line between light and dark in the eyepiece field of view coincides with the reference line (note that this optical instrument has been adjusted before leaving the factory and can be used directly)
Measure and open the cover ② and clean the prism with a soft flannel cloth On the surface, take a drop of the solution to be measured and drop it on the refractive prism, cover it with the cover ② and press it gently to read the relative scale of the blue and white dividing line, which is the concentration of the liquid to be measured.
After the measurement is completed, directly wipe off the attachments on the surface of the prism and the cover with a damp flannel, and store them properly after drying.

Six Precautions
After use, it is strictly forbidden to rinse directly with tap water to avoid water intrusion into the optical system pipeline.
During use and maintenance, you should handle it with care, do not loosen the connecting parts of the instrument at will, and do not drop or collide. The instrument must be carefully maintained, and the surface of optical parts must not be scratched or scratched.
This instrument should be stored in a dry, dust-free and corrosive gas environment to avoid mold on the surface of optical parts.
