Introduction
When the suspension to be separated enters the drum through the spiral outlet of the feed pipe, the high-speed rotating drum generates strong centrifugal force to reduce the density of the liquid phase. Large solid particles settle to the inner wall of the drum. Due to the different rotational speeds of the spiral and the drum, there is relative motion between the two (that is, the difference in rotational speed uses the relative motion of the spiral and the drum to push the solid phase deposited on the inner wall of the drum toward the rotating drum). The small end of the drum is discharged from the outlet, and the separated clear liquid is discharged from the other end of the centrifuge. The entire treatment process is automatic feeding and automatic unloading, fully enclosed continuous dehydration.
