Fixed-car box-type mine car is a main transportation equipment for transporting coal and gangue on the surface and underground tunnels of coal mines. At the same time, it is also a short-distance transportation equipment for transporting sand, earth, gravel and other materials in other non-metallic ore bridges, railway engineering tunneling and other construction transportation projects.
The fixed-car box-type mine car has a simple structure and is sturdy and durable. It has a small resistance coefficient and a large load-bearing capacity and is easy to maintain. It has many advantages. When unloading the mine car, a dumper is used to turn the entire car body over.
The fixed mine car box and the frame are fixedly connected, and a dumper must be used to flip the mine car and unload it. Its basic components are the carriage, frame, buffer connector and running mechanism. The frame is a metal structure that can withstand the collision force between the traction braking force mine cars and the impact force of the rails. Buffers are installed at both ends of the frame to mitigate the impact force between the two cars. The coupler is a component that connects a locomotive and a mine car. Commonly used ones include latch links and slewing chains. Large mine cars use automatic couplers that also function as buffers. The traveling mechanism is a pair of wheels composed of a wheel and an axle. When the total number of mine cars and materials exceeds tons, the number of wheelsets should generally be increased. For mine cars with more than two wheel pairs, the two wheel pairs are combined into a car with a turntable to facilitate passing through curves. This car is called a bogie.
Fixed box type mine car maintenance and upkeep
Regularly replace the wheel bearing grease. The bearings must be cleaned once a month and the calcium-based grease must be replaced. The added amount is ~ of the oil storage cavity.
The mine car is regularly inspected once a month.
When assembling the wheel axle, do not use a sledgehammer to hit it arbitrarily, but press it in with a non-impact machine
When the mine car is not in use, it is generally stored in the open air. Mine cars that have been stored for a long time should be inspected regularly.
