The mine car passes through the unloading center point and all the ore is unloaded. The unloading wheel rolls past the inflection point of the curved track and gradually moves upward, and the frame and carriage gradually close. The thrust generated by unloading causes the train to accelerate.
Maintenance and maintenance of unloading mine cars
To ensure the normal operation and extend the service life of bottom unloading mine cars, daily inspection and monthly maintenance are required. The calibrating and rotating parts of the mine car must be filled with oil frequently, and the oiling of the opposite wheels must be stopped every time until new oil is discharged from the oil drain hole. When the mine car running underground becomes deformed and widened, it should be reshaped in time. In addition, bottom-dumping mine cars are often checked to see if the bolts on the fasteners are loose. Check the spring for damage. Check the condition of the unloading floor door hinges for damage. Check that the support rods are in normal condition. Mine cars that have been out of service for a long time should be parked in a ventilated and dry place, and should not be stored in the open air to reduce exposure to sunlight and rain, reduce rust damage, and increase service life.
