Structural composition of the side-dumping mine car
The side-dumping mine car is composed of the following components: box, chassis, axle, wheel support, spring, rubber spring and collision head. The connection between the car box and the car chassis adopts the form of a hinge, so that the mine car can be opened at a certain angle when passing through the unloading station so that the ore can be unloaded smoothly.
The front and rear end panels and side panels of the carriage are welded with thick plates. Channel-shaped steel plates are used to reinforce the wing panels around the outside of the carriage and are welded to the left and right side panels respectively. The upper part is welded into a square shape with angle steel, and the angle steel The upper part is connected to the grooved steel plate so that the carriage will not be damaged in extremely harsh working environments.
Car chassis. The bottom plate is made of thick steel plate, and the angle steel and steel plate are welded below the bottom plate to make the bottom plate strong enough to withstand the impact of the ore on the bottom plate during loading.
Axle. The axle consists of an axle wheel and a rubber spring seat.
Unload the wheel. It is used when the mine car unloads ore. When the mine car passes the unloading station, the unloading wheel starts to work. It rolls along the curved track to open the bottom plate of the mine car. After unloading the ore, the bottom plate closes and returns to the ore loading state.
Buffer rubber spring and bumper. The buffer and bumper are installed at both ends of the mine car, and are mainly composed of buffer rubber spring bumper pins and single-ring chains. It can soften and reduce the impact force between mine cars and extend the service life of the vehicles.
Support spring. This mine car uses rubber springs as shock absorbing devices to expand the inclination angle of the rubber springs when installed so that they can withstand greater impact loads.
