Notes
The feel and strength of the wrinkle effect are related to the amount of printing paste. If the paste is more transparent, the wrinkles will be higher. Excessive amount of paste will cause significant damage to the cloth surface. Select the appropriate mesh and scraper according to production requirements, and adjust the hardness angle and speed of the scraper in a timely manner to adjust the amount of printing paste.
For different fabric types, adjust the slurry concentration to achieve the best balance between wrinkles, strength and feel. The thickener can be synthetic thickeners with disperse dyes.
The feel and strength of the wrinkle effect are also closely related to temperature and need to be adjusted according to different fabric types.
In order to obtain a better feel and prevent the pattern from being discolored due to residual slurry, it is necessary to use a restorative cleaning agent. ℃

High-temperature disperse dyes can be added for coloring and wrinkling. When used to wrinkle colored fabrics, it is advisable to choose fabrics with a high base color sublimation fastness, otherwise part of the dye at the printing paste will be pulled out and the color will not be obtained normally.
In the post-processing process, it is not advisable to over-stretch, otherwise it will affect the wrinkle effect.
Although it will not cause immediate harm, long-term contact may also have adverse effects, so please wear protective gloves when handling.
