The technical person in charge has more than 20 years of experience in engineering construction technology management, and has an intermediate or above professional title in mechanical and electrical engineering related majors or a registered construction engineer qualification in electromechanical and electrical engineering. There should be no less than intermediate or above professional titles in mechanical and electrical engineering related majors, and they are professional complete.
There must be no less than 1 construction site management personnel holding job certificates, and all levels of construction workers, quality workers, safety workers, mechanics, materials workers, and document workers must be complete.
There will be no less than 100 skilled workers at intermediate level or above who have passed the assessment or training.
The technical person in charge or the registered construction engineer shall have presided over no less than 1 project that has completed the requirements of Level 2 or above for this category of qualifications.
