PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride)

Product name Polyvinylidene fluoride, also known as steel fluorocarbon, has higher stiffness and pressure-bearing capacity than similar polytetrafluoroethylene, but its smoothness and electrical insulation are slightly inferior. It has high strength and toughness under low temperature conditions and can self-extinguish. Its operating temperature is between degrees + degrees. It is stable against chloride, bromide and energy rays. Both ester and ketone solutions can corrode it at high temperatures.
Characteristics: High maximum allowable operating temperature in the air. Can continue to work at 10°C. Excellent resistance to chemical corrosion and hydrolysis, outstanding UV resistance and weather resistance. It has high mechanical strength, good rigidity and good creep resistance. Good sliding properties and wear resistance. Inherently low flammability and good electrical insulation properties.
Disadvantages: It contains fluorine smoke during combustion and is not easy to bond.
