1、完成客户认可的纸盒或纸箱的图文设计及图像后即可将信息直接传送到Esko-Graphics的盒型数码样机Kongsberg上进行彩色打样。
2、Kongsberg系统还有一彩色喷头ColorBeam(选购)可直接进http://www.huabenbz.com/行打印此喷头与其他盒型模切打样机不同的是添加了模拟网点的光栅转换器(RIP)及网点补偿功能，可以进行网点图像打样。目前仅适用于瓦楞纸的打印，卡纸则需涂布后打印才能达到理想效果。http://www.huabenbz.com/
3、打印完毕的样张干燥后。翻转即可在包装盒型模切机上用激光以反面为基准定位，进行准确快速的模切。通常模切一个盒样，仅需30-50秒，除模切以外还可使用压辊工具模拟压线及折痕。
4、包装盒型模切机切割出的盒样大致上与实际生产的效果差不多，很多厂商甚至用其进行小批量生产。
