The paddle switch is a A level controller for solid materials (including powder, granular, block, gel, etc.). It has the characteristics of good sealing, strong overload capability (with overload protection), light and easy installation, and large output contact capacity. Materials with different specific gravity can be adjusted by adjusting the tension of the spring, and the parts that contact the material are all made of stainless steel. Working Principle
A permanent magnet motor is used to drive the blade to rotate. When the material to be detected rises to the blade position, the rotation of the blade is blocked. This resistance is transmitted to the detection device in the junction box through the transmission shaft, and the detection device moves to the detection device. A switch signal is output externally and the motor power is cut off to stop the blades from rotating. When the material drops, the blade resistance disappears, the detection device relies on the tension of the spring to return to the original state, and the blade returns to the rotating state. For materials with large specific gravity differences, the spring tension can be adjusted. When the specific gravity is large, the spring tension is adjusted to the strongest, and vice versa.
