Construction method

After painting, the paint film of each paint will become thinner. Unused paint must be sealed and stored. When coating on the surface, the viscosity should be adjusted lower in the first step to allow the product to fully penetrate into the cement surface and improve the adhesion strength and protective effect of the product. This product can be applied by roller coating, air spraying, air-free high-pressure spraying. When coating, the surface temperature of the workpiece should be higher than the point temperature.
Dosage and thickness range

When used for coating cement concrete surfaces, the product must be primed with a two-component epoxy anti-corrosion varnish before applying the product. The dosage is several square meters. The dry film thickness varies depending on the surface roughness. The actual coating consumption should be multiplied by the corresponding coating coefficient according to different construction methods and construction environments. When this product is used for chemical anti-corrosion metal surface coating, it should be applied above the brush line, and the dry film thickness should not be less than microns.
