The softening treatment of oak, pine, mahogany and other tree species is widely used in the softening and bending of solid wood dining chair backs, solid wood bedsides, solid wood table legs, solid wood armrests, mahogany furniture accessories, special-shaped solid wood craft products, etc.
Three Usage Methods
It is recommended to directly dilute Muzhibao concentrated board softener and water into a concentrated aqueous solution and then heat, steam or soak in cold water (the specific heating, steaming or cold water soaking time should be based on The actual thickness of the bent plate and the tree species determine the different tree species. Since the density and hardness are different, the heating and cooking time or the cold water soaking time are also different. After that, you can use direct heating, steaming or After soaking in cold water, perform high-pressure steaming treatment. When using steam or thermal oil to pass heat through the mold for bending processing, it is recommended to preheat the mold temperature to no less than 10°C. When using high-frequency mold heating for bending processing, it is recommended that the holding time be appropriately extended by minutes based on the actual thickness of the plate.
