Detailed introduction of foam water spray fire extinguishing system
The series of pressure proportional mixing devices are composed of pressure tanks, capsule proportional mixers, safety valves, check valves, pressure gauges, one-way valves and pipelines. A device that supplies pressure water from a pump to mix the foam liquid with water in a certain proportion to form a foam mixture. Since the capsule separates the foam liquid from the water, the foam liquid can be used again next time if it is not used up once, and the mixing accuracy is stable and reliable.
Two Working Principles
When the pressure water flows through the proportional mixer, part of the pressure water enters the foam liquid storage tank from the branch pipe, and the capsule is squeezed to replace an equal amount of foam liquid and mixed with the other part of water in the proportional mixer. The foam mixture is supplied to the foam generating device to generate air foam for fire extinguishing.
