Materials with moisture content less than 1 hour can appropriately extend the static time. When the polymer wear-resistant plate is used for the first time, the material in the bin must be stored to two-thirds of the entire bin capacity before unloading. During the operation of the polymer wear-resistant plate, it is necessary to always keep the materials in the warehouse at the material entry and blanking point, and always keep the material storage volume in the warehouse at more than half of the entire warehouse capacity. It is strictly prohibited for materials to directly impact the liner. The hardness particles of various materials of the polymer wear-resistant plate are different and the material and flow rate must not be changed at will. If the change is required, the material or flow rate must not be greater than the original design capacity. Changing the material or flow rate at will will affect the service life of the liner.
