[Instructions for mixing grouting materials]
The first step, mixing equipment:
According to the actual conditions of the construction site, determine the mixing equipment and the amount of mixing at one time. For example: the mixer can mix kilograms per jar.
The second step is to calculate the dosage:
Determine the strength level of the grouting material to be prepared, and calculate the dosage of cement, sand and water per tank according to the reference mix ratio in the table above. Taking strength grade and kilogram as an example, the mix ratio is as follows:

The third step is to add materials and mix:
After starting up, alternately mix the cement and sand into the mixer for initial mixing.
First, slowly add about /3 of the water into the blender while stirring, and stir for a few minutes until the mixture is evenly mixed. Then add the remaining /3 of the water into the blender at one time, and continue stirring for about - minutes until it becomes flowing. Ready to use in mortar form.
[Grouting Construction Instructions]
Pour the grouting material mixed with water into the area to be grouted at one time and continuously. No special machinery or vibration is required.
It is best to use up the grouting material mixed with water within hours.
After grouting is completed, the formwork can be removed after an hour,
and carried out in accordance with ordinary concrete construction and maintenance standards.
