The bearing grouting material is a high-density special mortar, and its performance indicators comply with the national standard of "Cement-based Grouting Material" and the "Implementation Rules for High-Performance Concrete for Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway" and " "Interim Technical Conditions for Pot-type Rubber Bearings for Passenger Dedicated Line Bridges" Railway Industry Standard Technical Requirements.
1. Scope of application:
Grouting of supports for high-speed railways, highways, passenger dedicated lines, etc. Rapid fixation of railway bridge bearings, bridge bearing anchoring grouting, track anchoring, filling grouting. Bridge and road expansion joint repair.
2. Product features:
, high strength, early strength: natural compressive strength, natural compressive strength.
. Superfluid state: initial fluidity, which can fill all the gaps and meet the requirements of secondary grouting of the equipment.
No shrinkage: It has a micro-expansion compensation function to eliminate the phenomenon of cement hardening and shrinkage. After grouting, it ensures close contact between the equipment and the foundation to ensure high-precision installation requirements.
This product is allowed to be constructed at temperatures above -°C and has achieved good results after tens of thousands of fatigue tests.
3. Material preparation:
It is recommended to use mechanical stirring method. The stirring time is generally - minutes. It is strictly forbidden to use a hand-operated electric drill type stirrer. If manual mixing is used, first add /3 of the water and stir for a few minutes, then add the remaining water and stir until uniform.
The amount of stirring each time should be determined according to the amount of use, so as to ensure that the material is used up within minutes.
When used on site, it is strictly prohibited to mix any additives or external additives into the grouting material.
Recommended water consumption: -.
, reference dosage calculation:-/3.
4. Construction Instructions:
1. Base treatment: Clean the base surface of the equipment. There should be no gravel, laitance, floating ash, oil, release agent and other debris. Hours before grouting, the surface of the equipment foundation should be fully moistened and any accumulated water should be removed.
, supporting formwork:
Seal the joints between formwork and foundation, formwork and formwork with cement slurry (it is recommended to use block quick sealing agent or seam sealant), tape, etc. to achieve the overall formwork. The degree of water tightness.
The horizontal distance between the formwork and the equipment base should be controlled to the left and right to facilitate grouting construction. The top elevation of the formwork should be higher than the upper surface of the equipment base.
Grouting construction:
The secondary grouting process should comply with the requirements of the "Secondary Grouting Construction Process for Equipment Foundation".
The grouting of long equipment or track foundations should be constructed in sections using the jumping method, and the length of each section should not exceed.
When using the high funnel method for grouting, grouting should start from the center or one side of the equipment base.
Before the secondary grouting of the equipment foundation, the corresponding grouting method should be selected according to the actual situation.
Secondary grouting should meet the following requirements:
Secondary grouting should be carried out from multiple points on one side or adjacent two sides until it overflows from the other side to facilitate exhaust during the grouting process. , grouting shall not be carried out from all four sides at the same time.
After the grouting starts, it must be carried out continuously without interruption, and the grouting time should be shortened as much as possible.
Vibration is strictly prohibited during the grouting process. If necessary, a grouting booster can be used to push the grouting material along the bottom of the grouting layer. It is strictly prohibited to push from the middle and upper parts of the grouting layer to ensure the homogeneity of the grouting layer.
3 to 4 hours after the equipment foundation grouting is completed, cut a ℃ bevel outward along the edge of the equipment to prevent cracks at the free end. If trimming is not possible, the surface of the grouting layer should be calendered with a spatula 3 to 4 hours after grouting.
5. Packaging and storage:
Use moisture-proof packaging bags, kg/bag. It should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and cool place, sealed, and has a shelf life of 3 months.
