Working principle:
There is a ring-shaped metal detector on the blanking pipe. When the raw material passes through the blanking pipe, if no metal impurities are detected, the separation signal cannot be output. The baffle of the separation valve is in the position on the left. The raw materials are transported normally through the discharge pipe and the right side of the separation valve.
When metal impurities are detected, the baffle of the separation valve immediately switches to the right position. Raw materials containing metal impurities are discharged through the discharge port of the separation valve.
