Precautions for installation and use instructions :
The small tie rod on the one-way hinge compensator is used for installation, transportation and adjustment, and cannot be used as a load-bearing part. After the product is installed on the pipeline, the small tie rod must be removed before it can be put into operation.
When the angular deformation of the compensator is required to be large or the system working pressure is high, it is recommended that the product be cold-tightened during installation, usually cold-tightening or cold-tightening. The main advantage of cold tightening is to improve the working stability of the compensator and pipeline.
When installing, pay attention to the rotation plane of the compensator hinge, which must be consistent with the displacement.
