Control method
The pressure transmitter on the inlet and outlet main pipes of the dust collector continuously monitors the total pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the dust collector. When the total pressure difference reaches the set value, the computer control system starts the dust cleaning process and the dust collector injection system starts to work. There are three dust cleaning control methods: timing, constant pressure difference and single warehouse cleaning. During normal production, the constant pressure difference method is selected.
