Bolon's one-component water-soluble polyurethane chemical grouting material is a polymer chemical grouting material containing isocyanate groups at the end, which is formed by the reaction of hydrophilic polyether polyol and isocyanate. The material undergoes a chemical reaction when exposed to water to form an elastic colloidal solid body, thereby achieving good water-stopping purposes. It is a new type of waterproof and leak-proof high-pressure perfusion material.
2. Product Features
The slurry will disperse, emulsify and foam on its own when exposed to water, and will undergo chemical reaction immediately to form a water-impermeable elastic colloidal solid body with good water-stopping properties.
The elastic colloidal solid body formed after the reaction has good extensibility, elasticity, impermeability and low temperature resistance, and can permanently maintain its original shape in water.
After being mixed with water, the viscosity is small and the pourability is good. The solid body is harmless to the human body, non-toxic and non-polluting when soaked in water.
When the slurry reacts with water to form an elastic solid material, it releases C gas. With the help of gas pressure, the slurry can be further pressed into the gaps in the structure, so that the porous structure or formation can be completely filled and dense. It has the characteristics of secondary penetration.
The slurry has good expansion properties, large water content, good hydrophilicity and pourability. At the same time, the viscosity and solidification speed of the slurry can be adjusted as needed.
