Instructions for use:
Lay the fabric to be cut flat on the rubber mat, place the disc sampler on the fabric, and pull out the sampler Locking device, rotate about 10 degrees, hold the outer cover with one hand, hold the corrugated handwheel with the other hand, and apply a certain amount of pressure, then rotate the corrugated handwheel clockwise (the rotation angle is greater than 10 degrees), and the round sample can be cut.
After use, the sampler is locked and rotated to its original position so that the blade cannot be exposed to avoid injury to hands and other items.
