Portable brake performance tester 1. Overview
The portable brake performance tester is a handheld intelligent testing instrument independently developed by Zibo Chuangyu Electronics Co., Ltd. The instrument uses a 3-digit high-performance single-chip microcomputer The data processing unit is equipped with on-chip integrated sensors to complete high-speed collection and processing of multiple parameters during the test process to test the braking safety performance of the car. This instrument is developed in accordance with the requirements for road test braking performance in the national mandatory standard "Technical Conditions for Safety in Motor Vehicle Operation" and is suitable for testing the braking performance of motor vehicles and investigating traffic accidents.
The instrument uses a large-screen LCD display with Chinese character prompts, which is clear and intuitive. The test items adopt menu-based operation, which is simple and easy to use, and the test results are automatically stored (a total of groups of data can be stored), which can be used to view and analyze the test data later. It is an ideal testing equipment for the automobile manufacturing industry, automobile maintenance industry, automobile testing and scientific research departments.
The system is equipped with a standard R3 interface, which can be connected to an external printer. The test results can also be sent to other devices or computers, or controlled by other host computers to flexibly form an online test system.
The whole machine adopts a portable design and is compact in appearance. The external sensor is equipped with a powerful magnet, which is easy to install and is also very suitable for testing on vehicles with small spaces.
