空排止回阀作用原理及结构特点
空排止回阀安装在火电机组的高压给水泵出口管道上,防止给水倒流,保护给水泵.该阀配合水泵最小流量自动再循环旁阀工作,当给水泵在低负荷或者出口截门关闭状态时,自动再循环旁路阀应处于开启位置,以保证水泵的安全运行.当空排止回阀开启时,再循环旁路阀就自动关闭.

1、作用原理:打开出口阀,给水泵启动,给水达到一定的压力后,阀瓣在给水压力的作用下升一定的高度,推离阀座,给水即流出.同时由于阀瓣的上升,带动连杆转动,拨动排空口阀片,使再循环的刀片式活门向下移动,关闭排空口,当给水流量减少时,阀瓣下落,推动连杆拨开排空阀片,开启再循环门维持水泵最小的允许流量,当停泵时,阀瓣自动下落,关闭阀口通道,防止高压水锤给水系统的破坏.
2、结构特点:
A、博耐斯空排止回阀配合再循环旁路阀工作,维持系统的安全运行.
B、主阀瓣上下移动,介质倒流时,借助介质压力及弹簧作用下关闭通道,此时旁路阀开启,当主阀瓣全开时,旁路阀关闭.
C、阀瓣密封采用不锈钢堆焊而成,耐磨,抗擦伤性强,密封可靠.
D、空排止回阀应垂直安装。
