Exhibition procedures
． Fill out the exhibition receipt form as required and fax it to the exhibition organizer.
． Exhibiting companies need to pay the booth rental fee via bank wire as a deposit (in RMB) or pay the full amount in one go to secure the booth location. The balance of the booth rental should be remitted no later than the month and year.

After confirming the booth, the organizer will send an "Exhibitor Manual" to the exhibiting company, which includes relevant information such as exhibition hall introduction, exhibit transportation, booth design and construction, accommodation arrangements, item rental, etc. Exhibitors must fill in the relevant forms in the manual as required and return them to the organizer before the deadline.
