 1. This machine is the main necessary equipment for the production of insulating glass. It is a semi-automatic strip coating machine. It is operated by manually holding the aluminum spacer frame. The aluminum spacer frame is placed on the conveyor belt. The aluminum spacer frame is manually held and then The conveyor belt is running. When the aluminum spacer frame passes the sensor, the transmission pressure wheel and the gluing valve will automatically operate according to the set program, that is, the cylinder will act, the pressure wheel will press down, and the aluminum spacer frame will be pushed forward; when the aluminum spacer frame reaches the gluing head Start gluing, and apply glue evenly on the aluminum spacer frame. When the other side of the spacer frame is about to reach the pressure wheel, the pressure wheel lifts up, and when it leaves the gluing head, the glue valve automatically stops gluing.

2. The text screen interface is used for easy operation. The system uses PLC as the control center and consists of a photoelectric sensor PLC machine, a Chinese control terminal, and variable frequency speed regulation. The four speeds are automatically converted by PLC. It is composed of push button switches and other electrical components. It has powerful functions, reliable operation, simple operation and a high degree of automation.

3. This machine adopts the largest cylinder diameter (Ø195) glue cylinder in China, with a large glue capacity, which can maximize the continuous production time and improve work efficiency. The most advanced pneumatic boosting system is adopted to fully ensure the glue discharging pressure of the glue head is constant and avoid uneven glue thickness and glue breakage. It adopts 4-stage frequency conversion speed regulation to maximize the proficiency of operators and improve work efficiency.
